Packed by hand in our Cortland kitchen and shipped Monday through Thursday.

Beets, ginger, garlic, and time. We grate the beets, salt them down, and let the wild cultures do the rest, no heat, no shortcuts. The result is brisk, a little earthy, and faintly sweet. Half a shot in the morning and you'll see what the fuss is about.

What's inside
Spring Water, Organic Beets, Ginger, Cabbage, Garlic.
How to enjoy it
Start with a 1-2 oz shot daily. A customer favorite. Splash it into a vinaigrette, stir it into seltzer, or sneak it into a soup. It's delicious on its own and brilliant alongside something rich.
Keep it happy
Keep refrigerated and enjoy within 9 months. A little fizz or sediment is the culture doing its job, not a flaw. Give it a gentle swirl before pouring.

Big beet energy! Sourced directly from our friends Kate & Ean at Chicory Creek Farm (Mt. Vision, NY).

A clean, ruby-red to deep-purple tonic, smooth, without heavy sediment. If a bottle ever arrives brown or oxidized-looking, reach out and we'll replace it.
How is this packaged?

Our beet kvass is packed and shipped in 16 oz glass bottles or 32 oz plastic bottles, designed to keep it fresh, secure, and easy to store.

It arrived warm, is that okay?
Yes. The natural acidity keeps our live ferments safe in transit, warm months included. Just refrigerate when it lands and it'll be good to go!

Unopened, it keeps 6-9 months in the fridge, the Best By date is on the bottom. Once opened, enjoy within a few weeks.

Always. We never heat-treat or pasteurize, so there's living culture in every bottle, that's the whole point of a real ferment.
